1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Radiant Wisp Education ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Radiant Wisp Education provides nanny placement and training services, including:

• Matching families with qualified nannies
• Background screening and verification services
• Professional training programs for childcare providers
• Ongoing support and consultation services

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 For Families

• Provide accurate and complete information about your family's needs
• Pay all fees in accordance with our fee schedule
• Treat nannies with respect and professionalism
• Comply with all applicable employment laws
• Notify us immediately of any concerns or issues

3.2 For Nannies

• Provide accurate information about your qualifications and experience
• Maintain current certifications and training
• Provide professional and reliable childcare services
• Follow all family guidelines and instructions
• Report any incidents or concerns immediately

4. Fees and Payment

Our service fees are based on the type of placement and services requested. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Fees are non-refundable except as specifically stated in your agreement.

5. Background Checks and Screening

While we conduct thorough background checks and screening, we cannot guarantee the future behavior of any individual. Families are encouraged to conduct their own additional screening and verification as deemed appropriate.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radiant Wisp Education shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid for our services.

8. Independent Contractor Relationship

Nannies placed through our service are independent contractors or employees of the families, not of Radiant Wisp Education. Families are responsible for all employment-related obligations, including wages, benefits, taxes, and insurance.

9. Replacement Guarantee

We offer a 3-month replacement guarantee for full-time placements. If a placement does not work out within the first 90 days, we will provide replacement candidates at no additional fee, subject to certain conditions outlined in your service agreement.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination, all rights and obligations shall cease, except for those that by their nature should survive termination.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Radiant Wisp Education and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
